 ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and experienced bikini competition prep coach dedicated to helping women achieve their best physiques at every stage of life. 

Amy hold a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Physiological Sciences and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership, combining practical expertise with a deep understanding of exercise science and effective coaching methods. 

With over a decade of experience in training athletes—from beginners to seasoned competitors—Amy specializes in personalized prep coaching, nutrition planning, and addressing the unique needs of athletes with a focus in physique enhancement through personal training. As a competitive bikini athlete, she understand the commitment required to excel in the sport. 

Amy is a mom of two and a full time physical and health science education teacher and strength and conditioning coach at Shawnee Mission South High School.
